How long will it take to get my branding done?

At Tilly Dog Productions, we believe in working closely with you every step of the way to ensure your branding is a true reflection of your vision.

Depending on the package you choose and the complexity of your project, it can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days to complete.

Whether you’re starting with a logo or opting for a full branding package, we’ll collaborate with you throughout the process, providing regular updates and ensuring the designs are exactly what you’re looking for.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll work with you until everything feels perfect.

Do you offer revisions?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your designs, so we’re happy to work with you until we get it just right!

We’ll continue refining the designs in collaboration with you, ensuring that they align with your vision.

However, to keep things fair and on track, revisions are capped at 3 hours of time spent. This allows us to balance making sure you’re happy with the outcome while keeping the project moving forward.

Once the 3 hours are reached, any additional changes may incur a small fee, but rest assured, we’ll make sure we’ve captured your vision within that time.

How do I get started with my project?

Getting started is easy! Simply click one of the 'Get Started Today' buttons on our site and book a call with Dean.

During your call, you'll discuss your business and the vision you have for your brand.

Dean will then suggest which of our packages would suit you best and answer any questions you may have before getting started on bringing your brand to life.

There is absolutely ZERO pushy sales techniques!

Do you provide files for social media graphics and logo animations?

Yes! Once your designs are finalised, we provide all necessary files for your logo, social media graphics, and animations.

You'll receive files that are ready for use on all platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more!

Can I make changes to my designs after the project is finished?

Absolutely! If you need small tweaks or updates, we’re happy to help.

For bigger changes after the project is completed, we can provide a quote based on the work needed.

What is your pricing?

Check out our packages and pricing page to get details on this. While we have set packages, we understand that every business is unique, and you might not need everything included in a package.

That's why, if required, we’ll work with you to build a tailor-made package that perfectly suits your specific needs.

Can you help with ongoing branding needs?

Yes! We offer ongoing branding services, including social media templates, poster designs, and monthly updates to ensure your brand stays fresh and relevant.

We can work with you on a monthly subscription basis to keep everything up-to-date.

Please note, this service is not available as a stand-alone product. It’s offered once you’re a client of ours and have purchased one of our branding or tailor-made packages.
